welcome to MM-onTAP

MM-onTAP (Mixed Models - Theory and Practice) is a website which aims to foster and support the use of linear and generalised linear mixed models, with particular application to plant and animal breeding data. The delivery mechanism for most of the analyses is via the ASReml suite of programs available under license from VSN International. Much of the material on this website is not part of the ASReml project, nor is the website intended as an official repository for downloads of the ASReml software which is found at www.vsni.co.uk.

The current list of contributors and development team for MM-onTAP are:

Beverley Gogel University of Adelaide

The authors gratefully acknowledge the support of their respective organisations and the financial support of the Grains Research and Development Corporation.
